Please allow a two-week turnaround for you order to be printed and/or framed and shipped. Shipping is done using a fully trackable, 100% carbon neutral third-party courier service. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. Returns are only offered when the product is delivered as damaged or incorrect, not for change of mind, so please choose carefully. All pieces are fully insured for damage. Though rare, from time to time it does happen. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package so that we can submit a claim to the courier company. Include photos of the damage to the frame and photos of the packaging.
