In the lead up to opening Supernormal Canteen in St Kilda - the second outpost for the Supernormal brand - we worked with Andrew McConnell and his team to reconsider the digital output for both venues from the ground up.

We worked hard down in Melbourne to formulate a clear, energetic and engaging social media strategy for both Supernormal and Supernormal Canteen that matched this iconic Melbourne brand's position in the market. This included tone of voice development, content pillars and a visual style guide. We also delivered a hefty image library to roll out across their channels, and were thrilled to hear that in 2018 after a year of working under our guidance, Supernormal shot to number five on the list of Australia's most engaging restaurants on Instagram, as reported by the Financial Review [you can read more about that here].
